| Dream Homes Builder, LLC was organized March 1997 to provide general construction, project management, consulting and design services in the state of Utah. Mark Gaudette, the principal, has been working in the construction business since 1971, when he began as a laborer for a residential construction company in Washington. After his initial beginning and prior to organizing Dream Homes Builder, Mark Gaudette gained experience in the construction industry with a variety of different construction companies (residential and commercial) in California, Ohio, Arizona and Utah. Additionally, Mark Gaudette graduated with a B.A. from Arizona State University ('79-'80) and a M.Ed. from Brigham Young University ('83-'85). Mark has also completed certifications for Certified Graduate Builder (2003) and Graduate Master Builder (2004) by the National Association of Home Builders. Dream Homes Builder, LLC is a custom home builder, with prices in the $100,000 to multi-million dollar price range. Dream Homes emphasizes that they are a custom builder as opposed to a production builder, providing service and value. |
