Our experience spans three decades and includes commercial construction, remodeling and repairs. This education and experience helps us avoid common problems and fix others, if they arise.

Normal completion time for a small house is three months. We do this through careful scheduling and ordering. Our goal is to keep someone working on the house at all times.

As a general contractor, we understand you want quality construction. As we build, we document each step to assure you that every care has been taken to ensure quality construction. We photograph foundations as they are being poured so you know that the holdowns are the right size and the top bars are the proper distance from the top of the foundation. We photograph the framing so you can see the shear walls are flush nailed, the right size and number of nails are being used and that the studs are being spaced as required. Even after your home is complete you may rest assured that it was built correctly with quality craftsmanship.

Feeling safe and secure in your home is important to us. We take every precaution as your home is built so that you can feel safe for as long as you live in your home. We watch all the details, even something as simple as using longer screws that hold the deadbolt catch into the framing instead of just the door jam so that you will know your home is safe.
